I Have Recently Had Two Surgeries And Have Been On

I have recently had two surgeries and have been on quite a bit of anabiotic's so my immune system is pretty weak. I have developed a few red spots that I am very concerned about, typically around the genital area. I have read that they can develop if you have a weak immune system I just want to confirm that this is the case.
