I Have Recently Had White Marks On The Underpart Of

I have recently had white marks on the underpart of my penis shaft and head. I when to the doctor and he prescribed an anti fungal cream. The sensitive spot just under the head had a few small bumps which went away but the white marks are still there. What is usually the time frame for these to clear up and the color pigment to return?
