I Have Recently In The Last 3 Weeks Started Experiencing

I have recently in the last 3 weeks started experiencing what feel like muscle cramps in my arms that cause weakness in my arms and hands. today at work it happened off an on all day. at first I thought it was stress but it has continued until this evening and my arms feel rather weak
