I Have Recently Made The Poor Choice Of Drinking A

I have recently made the poor choice of drinking a little methadone, though I had no need for it. It put me through a 4 day coma and I'm guessing from the lack of movement as a pretty active person gave me a sciatica. Now the real problem I have is my penis. It has less sensation then before and tends to be in pain, mostly on the tip and a little down the urethra. I can still urinate ok though it takes a second longer than before. I have also tested out the sexual functions of it and thankfully it still works but a good bit more difficult to reach the, and usually in more pain after I do so. Is there any way any of this can explain what's happening to my manhood or is it time to get tested again. Also any advice on what I could do to relieve this pain. Please help if you can, thank you.
