I Have Recently Noticed Pain In My Armpit. I Realized

I have recently noticed pain in my armpit. I realized that the pain was coming from a very thin and tight feeling line of tendon or muscle. I also noticed that I have bruising appearing in a line down my underarm and my forearm randomly. It has occurred for the last 3 days. Not sure what it is and if I should give it time to heal or be concerned.
