I Have Recently Noticed Purple/black Spots On My Labia. There

I have recently noticed purple/black spots on my labia. There is one very dark one which is black and the rest are more purple and seem to be further under the skin. They aren't painful and I can feel them under the skin. They are about the size of the tip of a ball point pen.
