I Have Recently Started Having Cramps Throughout My Body. I

I have recently started having cramps throughout my body. I am 77 yrs old in fairly good health - type II diabetes - controlled by metformin, Synthroid for my thyroid and two puffers - Pulmicort and Serevent for my Asthma/COPD. The cramps come when I reach for something or bend over to put on my shoes. They don't last long and I've been coping with them by simply practicing relaxing and they eventually go away.
