I Have Recently Started Medications For High Blood Pressure, And

I have recently started medications for high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Lipitor 40mg, lisinopril 10mg , hydrochlothiazide 25mg.
Today I took a strenuous hike and felt extreme exhaustion, light headedness, and shoulder muscle cramping. My blood pressure was 106/68 after 2 hours rest. Still very tired.
