I Have Recurring Bouts Of Gnawing/hollow/hungry "pain" In My Stomach(epigastric)

I have recurring bouts of gnawing/hollow/hungry "pain" in my stomach(epigastric) and sometimes lower abdomen. It is eased for about half an hour if I eat something. It is accompanied by tremulous/trembling in my legs and feeling agitated/restless. I was checked a few years ago for ulcers etc and none could be found.
