I Have Recurring Flushing On The Backs Of My Hands

I have recurring flushing on the backs of my hands and on the backs of my upper arms. I don't feel like I have circulation problems, as my hands/feet are neither too cold or hot. Swelling is not present. Could this have to do with general body inflammation or sugar/starch consumption? I take no medications and have no known health issues, other than what has been loosely suggested as long-standing fibromyalgia. My blood pressure is normal.
