I Have Recurring Spells Where I Am In The Restroom

I have recurring spells where I am in the restroom and usually shaving or in shower when shaving I look in mirror and it starts like a recurring video it plays the same every time I get real light headed and reconize the begging but cant remember anything.It last about 2 or 3 hours I lay down when I get up I will have a pretty bad head ache.
