I Have Red Blister-like Marks Inthe Bend Of My Left

I have red blister-like marks inthe bend of my left elbow for the past week. I noticed that these blusters also appear on my leg, right hand and foot now. I've received the shingles vaccine, but I'm wondering if I can still get that.
What is the treatment for this?
