I Have Red Blotches Over My Feet And They Itch

I have red blotches over my feet and they itch at random, mainly at night....I recently had orange looking lump on my heel....no of it hurts, and I managed to get rid of most of it, but I have a wart on my toe that I have had for years, and also sheep tic like noggles under my armpits. I am overweight, but was tested for diabetes when my blood pressure was a lot higher than it is now, and I didn't have it, also I have eaten chochlate and sugary food and not had any detrimental effect by doing so. Could the blotches be skin cancer? the thing is I have had them about a year, but they're never painful just a bit itchy.
