I Have Red Bumps All Over My Lower Abdomen, They

I have red bumps all over my lower abdomen, they look more tiny blisters which have been popped. Not itchy, been there 3 weeks . They start off ass just red bumps and then get to the itchy and then blisters pointy. Not sure to wow
