I Have Red Bumps All Over My Torso. Dr. Thought

I have red bumps all over my torso. Dr. Thought it could be scabies but the treatment has done nothing. My dr also saw that a cut on my shoulder was infected and prescribed me keflex. I’m not sure if infections can cause rashes on the torso, but I’ve had a history of illnesses masked by strange symptoms, and I don’t want to make the mistake of waiting too long to see a doctor again
