I Have Red Bumps Along With Little White Blisters And

I have red bumps along with little white blisters and some raw skin on the base of my shaft. Some are scabbed over. they did hurt a little and itch a little. i had unprotected sex about a week or two ago from now. I am wondering if it herpes or follicullitis.
