I Have Red Bumps, Some Pus Filled Around My Groin,

I have red bumps, some pus filled around my groin, back towards butt and sometimes on upper back of thighs. My doctor in March said it was a fungal infection. I have NO itching at all! Keflex helps I took it 3 times since then. It gives me diaharral as I had crohns surgery 13 years ago and also my gallbladder out in 2015. The creams aren't helping much either? I stopped using bathroom wipes yesterday? What could be causing this?????
