I Have Red Dots All Over My Body They Don't

I have red dots all over my body they don't itch or hurt . not many on my face as yet , mostly legs and feet hand, arms, bottocks large clusters , some of them look like they are raised but are actually not. Started on my back and then the torso about a month in between between I havent eaten drank and or got into any different . Please let me know what this could be. Thanks you
