I Have Red, Dry Bumps On My Face (forehead Area,

I have red, dry bumps on my face (forehead area, and on cheeks close to the nose), I have had this since March (it was much less red in March, just bumpy and dry). It is not painful or itchy, just extremely unattractive and annoying to see in the mirror.
