I Have Red Eyes All The Time. I Wake Up

I have red eyes all the time. I wake up with them and go to bed with them. I also have a lot of pressure in my back that comes around the right side goes across to my left, up my neck and into my teeth area and jaw which causes a lot of pressure. I am also constantly dizzy.
