I Have Red-ish To Light Pink Spots Just Below My

I have red-ish to light pink spots just below my knee cap that stretch down to my mid-calf and have been there for a very long time. They do not ooze anything no do they itch or cause discomfort to me in any way. They are small, individual, circular spots yet are still very obvious. Any idea on how to get rid of them or what the causes are?
