I Have Red Itchy Bumps On My Arms, They Appear

I have red itchy bumps on my arms, they appear as if I have a scratch, and now on my back. My health care provider gave me a cream (Triamcinolone Acetonide cream .5%) the itching has stopped some of the bumps are gone but the red line is still there.
