I Have Red, Itchy Bumps Spreading Across My Body. I

I have red, itchy bumps spreading across my body. I thought at first it was mollscum contagiousum, and it's possible I did contract this, but it seems as if the bumps have altered and could now be different. Yes, I had the white pearly bump that itched indicating molluscum. These other bumps are different. In my genital area it looks like psoriasis, scaly and itchy, no bumps except where original molluscum bump was located, the scaly parts are flat. On my arms and legs the bumps are more like molluscum bumps but do not have the pearl, and become itchy. They start small and when I itch, my skin peels in a circular formation. These bumps seem to be following along my veins on my arms. Please help
