I Have Red Non Itchy And Non Painfull Bumps On

I have red non itchy and non painfull bumps on my forearms they have been there for a wile. Sometimes they get bright red especially after a shower but fade in color if I put alcohol on them but they never go away. Some feel dry or scaley to the touch. I've looked at pics on the internet but non look the same.
