I Have Red Rash Near My Ankles And Arms. I

I have red rash near my ankles and arms. I have non colored bumps on my legs. The ankles were itchy. I woke up with the rash near the ankles and within minutes I started having the other bumps. It's been 3 hours and they are still there but less itchy. I'm 52yo. Please advise. I don't have any known allergies.
