I Have Red Spots On My Abdomen,back And Arms And

I have red spots on my abdomen,back and arms and some have a white circle surrounding them. It started under my armpits a couple of weeks ago, the spots there were quite dense but the ones on my abdomen, back and arms have only appeared this morning. They're not itchy but sort of tingly
