I Have Red Spots On My Hands And Some On

I have red spots on my hands and some on my back. I have cirrhosis and is this a product of my illness? I also have had Hep C in the past and never knew it, I don't even know how or when I did get it, but blood tests show that it is gone....... I am 42, W/F, and besides the cirrhosis and some setbacks from it, I am in good health. Any clues???
