I Have Red Spots That Seemed Like A Reaction To

I have red spots that seemed like a reaction to laundry soap. They r spreading and very itchy and have a clear fluid that builds back up in them. It started on my front torso and now on my arms buttocks and legs. Calamin lotion is helping slightly. Ive had it 3 to 4 days. What is it and how did i get it.
