I Have Red Swollen Warm To Touch On The Back

I have red swollen warm to touch on the back and side of my stump. I do have mrsa breakouts. I have a throbing headache, fever fast pulse. My whole body hurts my breathing is a little shallow, I don't know if its from a spider or mrsa...there is no soure or bite that I see but it's getting bigger and fee ls like needles jabbing into my skin.
