I Have Red Type Rash Appear On My Stomach It

I have red type rash appear on my stomach it had been itching for a couple of days and now seems to have grown more. I had originally started with very dry itchy skin on my legs which i would scratch until bleeding which i thought was toiletried but changed and still have issue and now stomach has started also elbow joints itch and spots also
