I Have Red Weeping Around My Vaginal Leg Crease, It

I have red weeping around my vaginal leg crease, it itches and hurts. I went to the doctor in early January and was given Yeast and an antibiotic but it didn't help. Now it's still there and itching with a vengence. it hurts and as soon as I wash and dry it it starts weeping again. When I wipe it I get a wet sometimes yellowish green creamy stuff and others it just clear wet stuff.
