I Have Redness In My Inner Ear And Stabbing Pain

I have redness in my inner ear and stabbing pain in my left ear. After my ear pain started, I began to have very bad sensitivity tooth pain first on the top teeth on the left side and then a day later also along the bottom teeth on the left side. I have been prescribed antibiotics to treat "acute sinusitis" but I am wondering if I need to also see a dentist.
