I Have Red,raised Bump On The Front And Back Of

I have red,raised bump on the front and back of my torso. Different sizes and not in any pattern on the body. They don't itch and started several days ago on the back of my neck. Last night became much worse. No changes in personal hygiene products or clothes cleaning products. No fever or aches.
