I Have Regular Cycles But Very Bad Cramps They Cause

I have regular cycles but very bad cramps they cause nausea and fatigue I am currently trying to conceive a child with my boyfriend it's been over 2 years and we still have not conceived I had a miscarriage about 3 years ago does that have anything to do with our chances of being able to conceive again
