I Have Regular Intermittent Pain In My Throat Usually Only

I have regular intermittent pain in my throat usually only lasting seconds it happens several times a day its not particularly painful - maybe because of short duration. I am a singer & have been having trouble with my voice breaking up. I could write a lot more but not sure how far can get with this - probably have to pay or some hitch !!!
