I Have Relapsing Polychondritis, Lupus And Dysfunctional Esophagus. I Took

I have relapsing polychondritis, lupus and dysfunctional esophagus. I took two benadryl capsules. They both went up instead of down. So I took a deep breath in via nostrils causing one pill to go down. The other pill feels like it went into my maxillary sinus. It is burning. Will this dissolve or cause an infection. I assume the burning means it is dissolving.
