I Have Relatively Severe Nausea, Horrible Chills, Occasional Stomach Pain

I have relatively severe nausea, horrible chills, occasional stomach pain and I can't sleep at all. I (stupidly) had a cup of coffee before bed. could it be that? I also have anxiety disorder and panic disorder so could it be attributed to that or is this a completely different problem?
