I Have Repeated Low Hemoglobin,hematocrit, Mcv And Mch Counts.. Slightly

I have repeated low hemoglobin,hematocrit, mcv and mch counts.. Slightly low this time. I have had very low blood counts in the past months to a year, which did recover. I have 'significant' fatigue. I also have ostio arthritis but have been having much increased joint pain. Is this possible related?
