I Have Rescently Been Diagnosed With Diabetes..like 3 Weeks Ago..

I have rescently been diagnosed with diabetes..like 3 weeks ago.. they gave me pneumonia vaccine and have had a head ache since.. and as of Tuesday I have had a fever of 101-102.4 I went into the doctor yesterday .. they drew blood gave me a shot for headaches and prescribed me a tetracycline in case it was a tick born illness... I take acetametphine to calm the fever but once it wears off I get achy again and the fever returns and while at work today I started having these stabbing pains in my right kidney area .. they would only come about when I had to do heavy lifting then It would go away..
