I Have Resently Had Blood Work Done And Was Told

I have resently had blood work done and was told that my vitamin d is low. My cholesterol is a bit alevated. I have been for some while now always tired,sleepy all da time, low energy. I am 50 yrs old and male,215 lb male Hispanic. I am a bricklayer by trade and don't exercise regularly. Is there any blood work or any thing I should ask my doctor to do next app?
