I Have Retinal Reattachment Surgery 2 Weeks Ago. Ever Since

I have retinal reattachment surgery 2 weeks ago. Ever since then I have been dizzy nauseous and felt a little vertigo type symptoms. I have a gas bubble and it is still only at about 70% so I have no gauge on when I might be able to see again I've also been suffering from migraines this last week do you have any idea if this is normal or if it will go away
