I Have Retinitis Pigmentosa And Need To Have My Annual

I have retinitis pigmentosa and need to have my annual eye exams (for medicare) closer to home (Stuart, Florida) as I no longer have transportation to Fort Lauderdale for my annual visits. Is there any location in the Stuart area that performs the visual field, the Electro Retinagram and the multi-focal electro retinogram tests that would be covered by medicare?
