I Have Retrieved A Postive PALB2 On My Genetic Testing.

I have retrieved a postive PALB2 on my genetic testing. Have had a mri of the breast waiting on results. Having an mri of my pancreas in the am. Both of my sisters have had breast cancer 1st one had 3 times and has passed. 2nd on had 2 times with double mastectomy the last time. Should I rebuild after I have my double mastectomy or not?
