I Have Returned Back After A Month -6weeks Break To

I have returned back after a month -6weeks break to the pill cerezette. Since Monday I have been in pain in my abdominal area. Plus heavy bleeding. Like a period. Due to not having a period in 3+ years I am concerned.
I am still continuing to take the pill. Alot of lining as been lost. My husband and I wanted to try for a baby but I'm job has not become uncertain. We don't want to end up struggling. I have took frequent tests to confirm if ivwas pregnant all negative. My sleep pattern for about 2 weeks has been irregular also.
