I Have Right Side Facial Numbness And Tingling. Weakness On

I have right side facial numbness and tingling. Weakness on my right side. Localized and random pins and needless. No balance when my feet are together. Fequent dizzy spells. Light sensitivity. Hearing loss when I bend over. When over tired I slur my words and stutter over cannot get words out.
I have been to a family doctor who says it is migraines. Is there and migraine that causes this? Or anything else what questions can I ask a doctor
