I Have Ringworm On My Lower Back Above My Butt

I have ringworm on my lower back above my butt crack. I am sorry to be blunt. I got it I believe from exercising at gym on weights. It used to only be on my lower back and now it is lower. I was on diflucan for weeks and it didn't get rid of it. I feel like it traveled in my grown area. It itches but I don't have rings, just redness. Please help. It is embarrassing and I am itching like crazy.
