I Have Rnlarged Tastebuds At The Back Of My Tongue

I have rnlarged tastebuds at the back of my tongue and my tonsiles and uvula are swollen with what looks like a white chunck on one of the tonsiles. They are very painful and i have a deep raspy cheat cough thats also painful along with no voice and a slight fever and trouble breathing
