I Have Rolondo Fracture Hand Surgery Tomorrow Morning And Am

I have rolondo fracture hand surgery tomorrow morning and am a bit worried about being put under as on late saturday night/sun morn (more like 8 am almost at dance festival) i was given meth thinking it was ecstasy. (I went and got a drug test from Walgreens just to make sure) and have been up since and am hoping i can fall asleep at least a few hours tonight! Had quite a crazy first experience but am very ready to be down and have surgery at 10 am in morning that i dont wanna take any risk on as its obviously not worth it.. it will have been about 18 hours since last use at time of surgery should i tell anesthesiologists or is this safe?? Please advise!!!
