I Have S Large Infection In My Left Side Of

I have s large infection in my left side of my jaw in the gum line ... I have been in abject misery but live off 659.00 a month so going to the DR is out (No insurance Alabama doesnt participate in the Medicaid part of Obamacare) I have been taking Clarithromycin 500 mg 2 x a day (Old Anti-biotic I had) and while it is holding it at bay it isnt conquering the infection. Can I up the Clarythromucin to 3 x a day to help beat this instead of holding it at bay?
