Can Long-term Meth Use Worsen Complications From A Ruptured Saline Breast Implant?

I have saline implants for 32 yrs and I m 62 yrs old. I recently by my MRI that my right implant ruptured but wasn t considered serious I m ashamed to say but I am an addict smoking crystal meth for 20 yrs. I haven t quit my doctor knows and I m working on getting help and mental health issues. Never had problems with my implants and hardly ever get sick. Being as long as I ve been an addict I m aware of all conditions that could come about by using but I want to know what s the meth doing to my ruptured implant. I am seeking help with doctors on my health but this just happened and I m scared go back to doctor on April 25 already plastic consultation but he was NOT helpful. Thank you
